Panic
and anxiety disorders are among the most distressing mental health problems
of the western world.
The
National Institute of Mental Health states that in any given year, approximately
8.3 million American adults suffer from panic disorder, while around 54 million
have an anxiety disorder.*
Millions more suffer from anxiety at a level that restricts their lives
without being so disabling that it fits the diagnostic criteria for a disorder.
In many cases, people are unwilling to admit to their condition. They may even
be unable to leave the house to seek help without triggering a panic attack.
That
means there could be millions of people all over the world searching online
for ways to understand, manage and control their panic and anxiety ...
...
giving you the opportunity to pull in traffic and earn from
Adsense and affiliate commissions on your site, by helping people to find the
solutions that they need.
But
don't you get tired of writing content?
The
solution: a pack of 10 PLR articles to grow or start your panic and anxiety
website.
These
articles are brand new, written by a native English speaker.
Only 75 copies of this pack will
be sold - ever!
If
the 'Order Now' button below is gone, then I'm sorry, you are too late.
The
articles are between 535-685 words each.
That
is longer than most PLR articles. So they are very easy to edit
- you can simply cut out words and phrases to make your version unique.
Here
are the titles:
-
Panic Definition
-
Causes of Anxiety Attacks
-
What Is A Panic Attack?
-
Panic Disorder Symptoms
-
Generalized Anxiety Disorder Symptoms
-
Panic Attacks Treatment
-
Social Phobia Treatment
-
Herbs For Anxiety
-

Now, I am sure
you are wondering about the quality of these articles. You are wise to be
cautious. So here is a sample section:
| If
your panic attacks seem to be set off by certain situations in everyday
life (such as being in a crowd), you may want to stop doing some of
the activities of a normal life to avoid those situations. But this
only makes attacks more likely to occur, because avoiding certain
situations increases your general 'fear of life'.
This is a very important point because it is natural for anybody suffering
from panic attacks to want to avoid situations that have triggered
attacks in the past. But when people do that, their increasing 'fear
of life' causes them to have attacks in situations that were not problematic
before. Then they feel they have to avoid those situations too. Their
world gradually becomes more and more restricted until attacks are
happening even if they stay home 24/7.
Avoiding certain situations also reinforces the belief that those
situations will always cause panic attacks - and that belief can actually
cause an attack.
How does that work? Well, say the first time you have a panic attack
is in an airport lounge. You might stop flying and meeting people
at airports because you are afraid that you will have another attack.
But by doing that, you are programming your mind to associate airports
with panic attacks. Soon you will start to feel anxious any time anybody
mentions airports or flying. Just the suggestion from a boss or spouse
that you take a trip could cause you to have a panic attack. Or you
might have an attack when you find yourself in a place that has the
same type of chairs as the ones in that airport lounge, and then you
feel you have to avoid all unfamiliar public spaces because you don't
know what furnishings they will have. That's how panic attacks can
cause a person to withdraw from normal life. But if you accepted that
it was stress that caused your first panic attack, not the airport,
you should be able to visit public places and even that same airport
lounge without having another attack.
